Property Policies

Check-in time is 2pm. If you arrive before this time you are more than welcome to drop your bags off at reception and relax in the living room. Please note that Reception closes at 10pm. Late check-in is available upon request.

Check-out time is 10 am.

Payments, Deposits & Cancellations

- Full payment is taken from the credit card when booking.
- Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy.
- Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
- Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Please be advised that there will be a surcharge on all credit cards of 1.5%.
- Amex and Diner cards are not accepted.
- If guest doesn't show up on arrival date, full amount will be charged.
- 24 hours notice is required, any cancellations within 24 hours will incur the first night as cancellation charge.

For New Years Eve a 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking is confirmed, with the balance payable on arrival. The hotel will process the deposit and balance of payment from your credit card and advise the receipt # by email.

For all other periods a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Balance is payable on arrival. No refund will be given for cancellations less than 30 days.

The rates and packages are based on your selections chosen for adults and children.
Children (under 2 years) are accommodated free of charge.
